SRNCON may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

6Creator Monetization

Participation in creator monetization is subject to eligibility requirements.

SRNCON may change, suspend, or discontinue monetization programs where necessary.

Creators are not guaranteed any particular level of income.

7Fraudulent Earnings

SRNCON may investigate suspicious activity.

Earnings generated through:

• Bots
• Fake accounts
• Automated traffic
• Click manipulation
• Fraud
• Self-referrals
• Artificial engagement
• Other prohibited methods

may be considered invalid and may not be paid.

8Marketplace

Marketplace transactions may be subject to separate seller, buyer, refund, return, shipping, and product policies.

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing products and complying with applicable laws.

9Intellectual Property

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

SRNCON may remove content when there is a valid copyright or intellectual property complaint.

10Changes to the Platform

SRNCON may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

We may also update these Terms and policies when necessary.

11Limitation of Liability

SRNCON provides the platform subject to applicable law and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

To the extent permitted by law, SRNCON is not responsible for losses arising from user-generated content, third-party services, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
